If you don't, you're out of luck for now, as you won't be able to get the program to your DS. After that, I'd recommend doing a web search for "NDS Homebrew". It will bring you to sites with free and legal games that you can run on your DS. I'm sure you can find a sudoku game. If you don't want to take the time and effort to do this, the original Brain Age game has Sudoku included - you should be able to find that game for around $20, or less if you get it used. I use nds-roms.com or something like that, i think. then plug in your SD card to the computer and dragndrop the game to your SD card anywhere you'll know where it is. then plug it back into your card.
